We use this combination of experience and relationships to your advantage. Unless otherwise agreed, we do not appear as your counsel of record in a pending or future foreclosure action. 

We will do our best to answer all questions before we accept new clients. We will remain available, upon reasonable notice, to continue to answer questions and provide information, and we remain in contact with each client regarding the progress and potential outcome of our efforts to help our clients modify their residential mortgage loan.

In the event that you simply cannot afford your home we help develop an exit strategy that minimizes the credit, legal and financial obligations caused by foreclosure or delinquency.
